The E-Charitra mobile application (“App”) is made available to you by (Company Name) and/or its affiliates (hereinafter may be referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) respect your privacy and is committed to protecting it through its compliance with its privacy policy.
You agree that your use of the App implies your consent to collecting, receiving, possessing, storing, dealing or handling of your Personal Information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.
We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy cautiously prior to utilizing our App along with the Terms of Use, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our App.

2. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information and other Information
2.1. When you use our App, we collect and store your personal information which is provided by you from time to time. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our App to make your experience safer and easier. More importantly, while doing so we collect personal information from you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.

We collect personal identification information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit our App, register on the App, subscribe to our services, enter details, subscribe to any plan, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our App. You may be asked for, as appropriate, your First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address, Job Title, Organization Name, Country, City, Pincode, Phone Number, Location, Aadhar number, PAN number, social media plugin details like Linkedin, Facebook, etc. among other things. We take extra precautions to ensure that such sensitive personal data is kept secure and confidential, and we will only retain this data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which we collect it.
2.3. We also collect non-personal identification information about users whenever they interact with our App. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of device and technical information about users’ means of connection to our App, such as the operating system and the internet service providers utilized and other similar information. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve our users.
2.4. Like many websites, we use cookies on certain pages of the website to help analyze our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. “Cookies” are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our services. The said communication can either be by calls, text or emails and for purposes which include transactional, service, or promotional calls or messages.

We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, and trusted affiliates for the purposes outlined above.

Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information you choose to provide or that is collected by these third parties. You understand that once you leave our servers, the use of any information you provide shall be governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site used by you. Hence, we strongly encourage you to read such third parties' privacy policies.
7. Security Precautions
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure, loss, or misuse we adopt reasonable security practices and procedures. Whenever you access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The transmission of information is only partially secure for reasons beyond our control. We adopt industry-standard security measures and keep updating our systems from time to time to protect your personal information against any hacking or virus dissemination. However, by using the App, the users accept the security implications of data transmission over the internet and the World Wide Web which cannot always be guaranteed as completely secure, and therefore, there would always remain certain inherent risks regarding the use of the App. You are responsible for ensuring the protection of login and password records for your account.

10. Jurisdiction of court
This Privacy Policy along with Terms of Use shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of Law at Jaipur (Rajasthan) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this Privacy Policy along with the Terms of Use.

We make no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents available through the App and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions in the contents available through the App.
No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, is given with respect to the contents available through the App or its links to other internet resources as may be available to you through the App.
Reference in the App to any specific commercial products, processes, or services, or the use of any trade, firm or corporation name is for the information and convenience of the public and does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by us.
